15 MINUTE CONSULTATION: $0

RESEARCH FEE: $50

• Client claims to want insurance but never purchases the policy after agent has spent time researching carriers, contacting underwriters, etc.

ON-LINE 90 MINUTE CONSULTATION: $60

• Includes condensed education of the following: financial literacy education; types of insurance; and estate planning. **WAIVED IF CLIENT PURCHASES A POLICY.

N HOME 90 MINUTE CONSULTATION: $75

• Includes condensed education of the following: financial literacy education; types of insurance; and estate planning. **WAIVED IF CLIENT PURCHASES A POLICY.

APPLICATION RETAKE & RE-SUBMISSION FEE: $50

• Application taken, but payment not received (after 30 days answers and application are voided & destroyed).

• Client knowingly & willfully lies on application causing agent to have to resubmit to another carrier.

MISSED APPOINTMENT FEE: $50

• Assessed if client cancels without a 24 hour notification. ** Exceptions can be made for medical illness, and unforeseen emergencies.
