Compensation for Licensed Life Insurance Agents

If you have your life insurance license, the simplest form of compensation is a commission share.  The percentage split depends on the size of the case and your level of involvement.  Call us with the details of your case at (855) 576-2378.

Compensation for Captive Agents

Perhaps you are licensed to sell life insurance but only through one company.  In your case, a full commission split is not possible, compensation is still available (855) 576-2378.

Compensation for Non-Licensed Professionals

You may be a real estate agent, mortgage broker, or insurance professional licensed in a different line of insurance, but you have clients that need life insurance. ALEM Agency Inc. can still assist your client, and compensate you for the lead. Our lead purchase program is for non- licensed agents, and preferred lead partners that refer qualified candidates to our agency. Lead fees will be paid to you every time a qualified buyer (that you referred) requests a life/health quote from and completes an application (NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY, ONLY THE COMPLETION OF THE APPLICATION). Lead fees are paid upon completion of applications by qualified prospective clients, not commissions received or sales.

Some of our “favorite” referral partners are property & casualty agents, such as Farmer’s, State Farm, and Allstate agents, since many of them are licensed so sell life insurance, but their insurance carriers typically don’t take kindly to medical impairments.  We also enjoy working with financial planners/advisors, and health insurance agents for the same reasons as above.
